Unwelcome conduct, unfair treatment, or behaviour that creates a hostile or intimidating work environment.

Health & safety risks

Situations or practices that may endanger the health, safety, or wellbeing of employees, clients, or the public.

Misuse of company resources

Improper or unauthorised use of AVA’s funds, systems, equipment, or information.

Breaches of confidentiality

Unauthorised disclosure or improper handling of sensitive company, client, or employee information.

Violations of AVA’s Code of Ethics or Misconduct Policy

Any actions that conflict with AVA’s established ethical standards, policies, or professional conduct requirements.

Anonymity & confidentiality

You may submit your report anonymously. AVA does not log IP addresses or track identifying information. All reports are handled confidentially and shared only on a strict need‑to‑know basis.

Protection against retaliation

AVA strictly prohibits any retaliation against individuals who report concerns in good faith.

False or malicious reports

Deliberately false or malicious reports are not protected and may lead to disciplinary action.

How reports are handled

Understanding what happens after you submit a report is crucial for building trust. We follow a standardized, fair, and documented procedure for every concern raised.

Report received

Your report is received by AVA’s HR or Ethics Committee for formal review.

Acknowledgement

If contact details are provided, receipt is acknowledged within five business days.

3.

Investigation

An impartial and confidential investigation is conducted.

4.

Corrective action

Appropriate corrective action is taken where findings warrant intervention.

5.

Outcome feedback

Where possible, limited feedback on the outcome is shared with the reporter.
