Description
MineExcellence Drilling Platform (DRIMS) is a web and integrated mobile-based platform for field data capture, drilling data management & analysis. It allows digitization and field data capture of key drilling processes such as drill logs, plods (timesheets and drilling consumables), pre-starts, and safety checklists. It is suitable to be used by mining/quarry customers and/or drilling contractors. Different types of drilling contractors can use it, such as blast hole drilling, geotechnical drilling, water well drilling, and others. Another type of drilling contractor can also use it.
Various customizable reports can also be generated from the system including - Drill Plod Reports, Daily Activity Reports, Drill Log Reports, Summary Reports, etc. Which are available in multiple formats including PDF and Excel. This enables analysis of various drilling activities and operator performance.
The drill log can be captured in the field using an offline mobile app (available to be used on both android and iPhone platforms). Information captured in the drill logs can be used for analysis. In the case of blast hole drilling, the system integrates with blast design modules to enable changes in blast design as per actual drilling. It also has a drill performance report to measure and analyze the difference between actual and planned drills. It allows the collection of information via the mobile app and or real-time direct integration with smart drilling rigs.
The system also has a large library of inbuilt & custom forms available which allows the user to fill the required information on the site itself including PLOD, Incident/Accident Reports, Asset Management, Site Inspection, Pre-Start Checklist and so on which can be submitted with e-signatures. Images & videos can also be attached with these forms. With digital forms, there is no fear of losing important documents, missed paperwork, and preventing lost revenue. The advanced version of the drilling platform has invoicing, payroll, timesheets, etc.
