This role is a foundational marketing hire with a strong emphasis on graphic design, playing a critical role in shaping how our brand shows up globally as we scale across multiple products.

Your Role

As our Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for establishing and elevating our visual identity while supporting the broader marketing function as it takes shape. Reporting directly into the CEO, this role offers a rare opportunity to build the visual and brand foundations of a global SaaS business from the ground up.

Graphic design is the immediate priority, with marketing support and enablement forming a key part of the role as the function matures.

Graphic Design & Brand Consistency (80%)

  • Create and maintain visual consistency and brand hygiene across marketing and sales assets.
  • Help define and evolve brand guidelines as the business moves toward three distinct product brands.
  • Design high-quality assets including:

    • Event Collateral (Shirts, banners, signage)
    • Presentations and pitch decks
    • Digital and print marketing material
    • Product and sales material
  • Support high-pressure, fast-turnaround environments such as large international events, balancing quality with tight deadlines.
  • Ensure all designs are future-proofed and aligned with long-term brand strategy

Marketing Enablement & Support (20%)

  • Partner closely with Sales to equip them with the content they need to succeed, including presentations, one-pagers, and visual storytelling assets.
  • Build and manage a centralised repository for all marketing and brand material.
  • Consolidate, improve, and re-package existing content to create a cohesive and usable marketing toolkit
  • Propose creative ideas and actively support execution from concept through to delivery.
  • Collaborate on feedback loops, iterations, and refinements to ensure output is consistently on-brand

Strategy & Execution Roadmap

0–3 Months

  • Audit and consolidate existing marketing and design assets.
  • Establish baseline brand consistency and visual standards.
  • Build an organised repository for all marketing material.
  • Deliver immediate sales enablement and event design needs.

3–6 Months

  • Help shape early stage brand and visual strategy across multiple products.
  • Improve efficiency, reusability, and scalability of design output.
  • Begin supporting broader marketing initiatives alongside design priorities.
  • Contribute to longer-term brand strategy discussions.

Tools and Skills

  • Strong proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite, including:
    • Photoshop
    • Illustrator
    • InDesign (or equivalent)
    • Whatever you suggest, we will follow your lead and trust your judgement
    • Experience with video editing and content creation using Adobe tools.
    • Ability to manage feedback, iterate quickly, and maintain high design standards and attention to detail under pressure
    • Strong  visual judgement and an eye for detail, even where budgets or resources may be limited.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3-5 years relevant graphic design and marketing experience
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high growth or start-up environments
  • Confidence working directly with senior leadership
  • Comfortable operating with varying levels of structure, budget and direction
  • Proactive, hands-on and execution focussed.
