Technical Account Manager: Projects

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary technical contact for our clients.
• You will be instrumental in leading the training, troubleshooting, and SLA compliance across various client sites.
• Drive AVA implementation and optimize operational KPIs through data-driven insights.
• Scope and manage client projects—coordinating cross-functional delivery and timelines.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions to improve platform performance.
• Collaborate with business development, analytics, and platform teams to deliver value.
• Lead RCA sessions, contribute to knowledge sharing, and mentor junior team members.
• Maintain documentation, escalate blockers, and ensure seamless client support.

What we’re looking for

• 4–6 years’ experience in a similar role.
• BCom in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or related.
• Strong project management and analytics experience – non negotiable.
• A collaborative leader who thrives in cross-functional environments.
• A strategic thinker who spots inefficiencies and drives innovation.
• A proactive communicator who builds trust and delivers results.
• Must be willing to travel, often at short notice.
• Must have own car and a valid drivers license.
• Must have a valid passport.
